Terms of Service

1. You are over the age of 18.
   
2. You possess basic computer and Internet skills, (know how to surf, can use Word and Excel) and have access to a computer on a regular basis.
   
3. You have decent writing and spelling skills.  
   
4. You understand that Mystery Shopping isn’t a “get rich quick” scheme and that you do need to put time and effort into getting and completing assignments.
   
5. You understand that if you live in a rural area it may be more difficult to receive assignment offers.
   
6. You will complete assignments as requested and in a timely manner.
   
7. You understand that the "Become a Mystery Shopper" Training program will teach you everything you need to know to get started, but cannot guarantee employment with any company.
8. You understand that there is no income or earnings guarantee.
   
9. You understand that since the training program is information-based, all sales are final. If the product is damaged or defected in any way, all you need to do is return it, and a replacement will be issued immediately.
   
10. You promise to watch the Program and read the book fully before asking for assistance.
    
11. You understand that if you buy the downloadable version you will need Adobe viewer, (you can get it for free) and a utility to unzip files (Winzip is also free) and feel that you have the technical knowledge to download and run the program on my compute
12. Our Company, administrators, affiliates, and assigns shall not in any event be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, lost revenues, or lost profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or misuse of the information or lack of information through our sites or training materials. If you get injured while on an assignment...that's not our fault either.
13. You agree to assume all risks associated with the use of this site, it's offerings and materials, including any risk to your computer, software or data being damaged by any virus, software, or any other file which might be transmitted or activated by your access to it.
    
14. You understand that Bethany works alone, has no tech support, and it may take a few days for her to answer your emails.  As a matter of fact, you like the idea that she’s not some huge corporate conglomerate, and she seems like a pretty cool chick.
